What We Clean

A standard office cleaning service from Shineo covers workstations and desk surfaces, kitchens and breakrooms, bathrooms and amenities, all floor types (carpet, timber, tiles, polished concrete), internal glass and partitions, meeting rooms and boardrooms, bins and waste removal, and the sanitisation of high-touch shared surfaces including door handles, light switches, and lift call buttons.

Additional services available as part of an ongoing program include carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), upholstery cleaning, appliance deep cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleans for offices that are vacating a premises. These can be scheduled on a regular basis or as one-off services alongside your routine cleaning arrangement.

After-Hours and Before-Hours Service

The majority of our Sydney office cleaning clients opt for after-hours service, where our team arrives after the last employee leaves for the day and completes the clean before the next morning. This is typically the 5:30pm to 10:00pm window. Before-hours cleaning — arriving from 5:00am and completing the clean before the first staff member arrives at 8:30am or 9:00am — is also available and preferred by some businesses. Weekend cleaning is available for organisations that operate Monday to Friday and want their clean done over the weekend without any time pressure.

We coordinate all access arrangements including key management, security codes, swipe cards, and coordination with building management. Once the access arrangement is in place at the start of the service, each subsequent clean happens automatically — you do not need to be present or arrange anything for each visit.

No Lock-In Contracts

Every Shineo service agreement operates on a month-to-month basis with no minimum contract term. If your office moves, if your team shrinks or grows, or if your cleaning requirements change, you can adjust the service or cancel with reasonable notice. What happens if my cleaner is unavailable on a scheduled day?

If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or other circumstances, we arrange a replacement for that visit. The replacement cleaner is briefed on your specific requirements and access arrangements before attending. For businesses where familiarity and security clearance are particularly important — such as medical practices or legal offices — we work to ensure any substitute cleaner has the same level of vetting as your regular assigned cleaner. Continuity of service is a core commitment. If there is ever a last-minute disruption, you are notified promptly and a resolution is arranged before the scheduled service time.
